The Nepal Disabled Women Association (NDWA) is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Nepali candidate to lead the ACCESS project—Accelerating Civil Society’s Role in Securing Education for All in Madhesh, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim Provinces. This initiative, led by People in Need (PIN) and implemented by the National Campaign for Education (NCE), NDWA, and Accountability Lab Nepal (ALN), aims to develop a comprehensive, locally-driven strategy to strengthen civil society’s role in ensuring education for all. The ACCESS program focuses on empowering Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and networks to lead the implementation of the School Education Sector Plan (SESP). The consortium will work closely with member CSOs of NCE and NDWA to enhance their organizational and technical capacities in inclusive education methodologies. Additionally, the program will equip local CSOs with the skills needed to promote transparency and accountability in education plans, utilizing the Girls and Inclusive Education Networks (GIEN) and the CivActs model. This initiative is expected to benefit community members, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and government tiers across the three provinces, including community schools.
