The review and planning meeting of Nepal disabled Women Association (NDWA) was completed on August 8, 2022. Welcoming board members and employees participated in the meeting, chairperson of NDWA Tika Dahal , said that they are working from a feminist perspective for women with disabilities. She said that when raising voice against gender equality and violence against women with disability, there are many challenges and difficulties, so that we should be ready to face such challenges collectively.
In the meeting, the activities of the project conducted during the period of six months so far were reviewed. The coordinators of the related projects presented the activities, achievements and challenges.
In the meeting, Bimal Paudel, program officer of CBM Global, said that this meeting helped him to get information about the work being done by NDWA.

In this session, there was a discussion about why team building is necessary to achieve the objectives of the organization by coordinating with each other while working in the organization and what harm will be caused if it is not done. During the discussion, the importance of team building was highlighted through various games.
